In this episode, I’m very pleased to welcome Claire Clarke. Claire has been managing partner of law firm Mills & Reeve since 2015, and has just renewed her tenure for another four year term. She’s responsible for driving the firm’s strategy and under her guidance the firm is on track to achieve its strategic growth target of £150m turnover by 2024 and has a client satisfaction score of 91%. The firm is known for its strong collaborative culture having been listed as a Best Company to Work For for 20 years and recently achieved Platinum Investors in People status. Their 1,250 plus people and over 750 lawyers share one vision – achieving more for clients. Alongside her managing partner duties, Claire is also an experienced corporate lawyer, with particular expertise in funds creation work and a specialisation in the education sector.
