In this episode, I’m very pleased to welcome Sara Bailey, Senior Partner at international law firm Trowers & Hamlins. Sara describes the journey that led them to crystalise a range of things they were already doing into an integrated responsible business agenda and gives a candid evaluation of how well they are doing on this ambitious agenda, what can get in the way, and what they are doing to take that agenda out to their clients. She also shares what she is doing as part of her personal crusade around social mobility and what turned around her thinking about values.

They do this by providing commercial advice geared towards tackling tomorrow's challenges in industry.
