In this episode, I’m very pleased to welcome back David Hall, CEO of Peritum Group, which is the holding company of Totalkare, where he was CEO when we last spoke. David describes how they have been able to maintain their culture and the high level of customer service their strategy is based on, while growing at almost 50% annually.
Totalkare, Bradmac and Tecnik Engineering make up the Peritum Group. They are primarily focussed on the commercial garage equipment market with Totalkare selling direct to the workshop, Bradmac selling through partners and Tecnik manufacturing pre-fabricated inspection pits and other items for installation in the workshops.
David is a solutions obsessed leader with a passion for creating an environment where customers, colleagues and suppliers can thrive. With a long background in Product Management and Product Development in B2B manufacturing and trading businesses he got his first opportunity to lead an organisation when he joined Totalkare in 2018.
Over the last five years the team that he has built have delivered exponential organic growth and they are now embarking on the next stage of their growth with acquisitions that enhance the group offering in the niche market in which they operate. David believes that maintaining the values of the now multiple brands, their cultures and the customer focus of the businesses through the continuous high growth is critical to their future success and he excited about the challenges that lie ahead.
