Andy is a purpose-driven leader passionate about improving healthcare and delivering better outcomes for patients. Since 2019, Andy has been Managing Director of Fittleworth Medical Limited, an NHS contracted company providing medical devices and services to end users, employing over 350 people in the UK. Fittleworth is a member of the multi-national company JDS Incorporated, headquartered in Chicago, where Andy has worked for over 15 years.
During his 15 year career with JDS, Andy has held leadership positions in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. He has functional expertise in Finance and Customer Service with a talent for driving employee engagement, getting the highest performance from his teams and helping individuals to achieve their potential.
Andy lives on the south coast of England with his wife and three football-mad children. He holds a BA in Economics, an MBA, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
