In this episode, I’ll be joined by Arun Chauhan, founder of Tenet, a specialist Compliance & Litigation law firm and recent winner of Boutique Law Firm of the year at The Legal Business Awards.
Arun talks about why his organisation has two purposes and the separate ways he discovered each of them. He also discusses the importance of paying attention to emotion in developing your purpose and shares his advice on key things to avoid when developing your strategy.
Arun is a lawyer specialising in disputes and compliance issues arising from fraud and financial crime. The firm he founded, Tenet, covers the spectrum of preventative action in the form of training, ethics, governance and policy advice to case investigation and guidance on recovery of loss from financial fraud.
He is also Trustee of the counter fraud charity, The Fraud Advisory Panel and often appears for the BBC as a fraud and financial crime expert on shows such as Panorama, Watchdog and Rip Off Britain. He has been asked to provide evidence on the state of fraud in the UK to a Treasury Select Committee and also comments on fraud news stories on the radio with LBC.
