The founders of Office Space In Town (OSIT) set out to build a company that reflects their values. The result is a business that provides boutique, design-led workspaces where businesses thrive and people are inspired, focused and happy.
Co-Founder and CEO Niki Fuchs and Georgia Sandom, Director of Operations and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) explain how the company’s purpose has helped the business grow in a tough marketplace.
Niki founded Office Space in Town back in 2009, alongside her brother Giles. The siblings came from a property heritage, with their mother, Caryl Fuchs, setting up the UK’s first serviced office space in 1979 in Northampton. Since beginning less than 15 years ago, OSiT has established serviced, flexible offices across each of the UK capitals with a focus on Central London and now owns all but one of its London portfolio. In July 2022, Niki took over from Giles as CEO of the company and in this new capacity will continue to drive the growth of OSiT whilst ensuring its culture and purpose.
Georgia is the Operations and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Director at Office Space in Town (OSiT). With over 12 years of experience in the flexible office market, Georgia oversees the commercial and operational success of the business. Since taking on this role in July 2022, Georgia has created and driven OSiT's ESG strategy, including the push for net-zero in all of OSiT’s buildings and her ongoing focus on educating staff and clients on environmental, ethical, social and economic issues.
